Head of InMotion, Jaguar Land Rover
Jonathan is the Head of InMotion at Jaguar Land Rover, an innovation unit with responsibility for developing JLR’s mobility strategy through business transformation and lean start-up approach. He is responsible for the development and implementation of an eco-system of mobility services, increasing customer loyalty & reaching new audiences.
Prior to taking on this role, Jonathan was Senior Manager, Global Product Strategy & Consumer Insight at JLR for more than 3 years, responsible for Jaguar's global long-term product strategy, cross-carline product marketing, future volume planning and market research across all future and existing Jaguar vehicle programs. He has also worked at McLaren Automotive for 6 years, formulating the commercial and product strategy to support the growth of the business, including the MP4-12C super-car. His further roles in the automotive industry include working at Mazda, CNH Industrial and the Fiat group.
He holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University and a MBA from Imperial College, London.
