Co-founder, Entrepreneur First
Matt is co-founder and chief executive of Entrepreneur First, the world's leading technology company builder. Matt is also co-founder of EF’s Code First initiative, which encourages women to consider careers in technology.
Before founding EF, Matt worked at McKinsey & Co. as a strategy consultant where he advised a range of public, private and social sector client on innovation and growth, and in the United States Senate.
Outside EF, Matt is a non-executive director and trustee of Techfortrade, a charity focused on technology solutions for international development, and is on the advisory board of Silicon Valley Comes to the UK. Matt was educated at Cambridge and MIT, where he was a Kennedy Memorial Scholar.
